i've spent our scrum team's gold card on android yesterday, and i must say that i'm totally thrilled. it's simply amazing how much fun and how efficient development can be if a software platform is well designed, well documented, and is accompanied by excellent tools: 10 minutes to install the provided eclipse plug-in, 5 minutes to create a hello world and show it in an emulator (the gPhone seems to be as cool as the iPhone), and the rest of the day to play around with and complement the provided sample code — go ahead and check it out if you haven't done so yet!
