recipe: pancakes

250 g flour 3 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 50 g sugar 2 eggs 2 tbsp oil 2 dl milk put all dry ingredients into a large bowl and form a hole in the center. pour all liquids into this hole and mix well (with an egg beater). depending on how late you are for your brunch, let the dough rest for about half an hour. bake the cakes in a non-sticking pan and serve them with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
